(a) een volledige en onmiddellijke verliesverrekening met toekomst én verleden
(b) een ruime uitzondering voor alle illiquide beleggingen
(c) een lager tarief, iets onder wat voor VWB internationaal gangbaar is
(d) een aftrekpost voor “normaal rendement” zodat alleen reëel rendement belast wordt

Merk op dat (c) ook de vluchtroute naar box 2 veel minder interessant maakt, die is dan zelden goedkoper.

Verder is rond de 20% voor VWB internationaal gangbaar, een vergelijkbaar VAB-tarief zou 15% zijn.

Tot slot zou het goed zijn om de EU-beleggingsrekening snel op te tuigen naar Zweeds model, met hoge vrijstelling en lage VRH.

In deze uitvoering help je alle Nederlanders om meer te beleggen en vermogen op te bouwen, zoals het kabinet én Europa expliciet willen.

De belastinginkomsten volgen dan vanzelf. Immers, beter een klein stuk van een grote taart dan een groot stuk van een klein taartje.
