NEW UPDATE:

1) country per wallet is enforced at claim time, and the error tells them to sell the one they have.

Mass claiming now not allowed. 1 coin per wallet. Min hold 1 SOL

2) Selling a country to another president is built and on every country page. The president names a price, a buyer pays them directly in SOL, and the presidency moves once the payment is verified on-chain.
