Took this one to @ParkMass to have his first covid vaccine. Couldn’t fault the staff. They were amazing. He was very nervous & anxious but the staff were lovely! ❤️

@AskNationwide What I am saying is, people aren’t going to think oh let’s check the website for any issues 🤦🏼‍♀️ before transferring and spending. It’s Christmas week. Yet you knew just before 9am apparently and had emails so why weren’t they forwarded to your customers.

@AskNationwide I understand the issue, however nothing has been communicated to us via email or text. It wasn’t until I was paying for something after I had transferred money and it got declined, I checked my account. The lack of communication is very poor.

After a long 5 days in @UHP_NHS , just wanna say thank you to the staff on SAU, Ocean Suite & Theatre 7 for looking after me. :) home now and beginning to recover.

2 night shifts done. Busy shifts! Finished at 8, then went back to the hospital at 9 for my sons REI appointment. Got home at 1 😴. Is it bed time yet 🤦🏼‍♀️
