I get that you’re trying to be inclusive by using “s/he/they” but you are missing the mark. “S” is not a pronoun, and you can just use a nongendered word: they. It’s not hard.

Typically, no police come when a shooting occurs in this neighborhood. They did yesterday. Aside from that, info about what happened is never found online. So why is this being reported and then deleted?
