One thing of many that European sports has correct over American sports is the understanding that there should only be a couple big teams per league that truly matter and the smaller teams have a fighting chance every so often

Everything in the NBA is obsessed with big markets to the point where it feels like people only want teams in NY, LA, Miami & Houston.
Oakland lost their team to San Francisco and the soul was completely sucked out of the Warriorsโ home arena. Maybe, just maybe, having teams in some of those smaller markets where the real fans arenโt priced out is good for the league.
๐จ ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐๐๐ก๐: The Premier League is considering launching its own Netflix-style streaming platform.
The idea would allow fans to watch every single league match and choose any game they want, whenever they want.
The service could cost around ยฃ10 per month, be available in 188 countries, and may also include matches from past seasons to create a full archive.

Arsenal are simply the most dislikable, ratty, scummy club in the league. Everything about them is classless, and itโs all led by the one clown at the top, Mikel Arteta. The most classless, idiotic manager the league has ever seen. Such an indecent human being. Insufferable.
Sign Ben White for ยฃ50m. Didnโt work? Go and drop ยฃ40m on Timber.
Sign Calafiori for ยฃ40m. Didnโt work? Go and drop ยฃ60m on Hincapie.
Sign Ramsdale for ยฃ30m. Is he too dumb? Go and drop ยฃ30m on Raya (in the last year of his contract).
Sign Jesus for ยฃ45m. Didnโt work? Go and drop ยฃ65m on Havertz. Didnโt work? Go and drop ยฃ65m on Gyokeres.
Did your second-choice striker get injured? No problem, hereโs ยฃ70m for Eze.
No trophies to show for all this money spent? No worries, letโs just blame Manchester City for spending.
This is legitimately the toughest tweet Iโve had to send in a while..
When I first started at The Ringer in 2020, I knew Iโd found home. The space to create, the utilization of my interests and skills, the bonds, the friends, all of it was perfect.
From shows with Jemele Hill, to getting paired with Rachel, to forming a lifelong friendship with the Midnight Boys, itโs been perfect.
Thatโs why it really hurts to announce what I have to right nowโฆ
The Ringer is hating on Austin Reaves.
Reaves went crazy again tonight, busting ass like his name was Darius Johnson Jr, and I bet we wonโt hear a peep from @BillSimmons, @ZachLowe_NBA, @RobMahoney, @jkylemann or any of my other @ringernba peeps.
If he played for the Celtics, weโd get an entire treatise about how he has the killer instinct of Whitey Bulger, the handles of Cousy, and looks like a true American from Brookline, MA.
But because heโs a Laker, heโs treated like โSinnersโ on an Outkick top 20 films of 2025 list โฆ not mentioned.
I hope in the coming year my beloved company learns to appreciate Basketball of all colors โฆ including Purple & Gold.
Tonight Reaves scored 44. I beg of you guys to remember that man that wore 42, and what discrimination has do to a society.
Do better.
Clippers president of basketball operations Lawrence Frank texted a statement to ESPN confirming that Chris Paul is no longer on the team.
"We are parting ways with Chris and he will no longer be with the team," Frank said. "We will work with him on the next step of his career."
