Why opt out at end?

If ICAI is ready for Nov 20, let them take exams with full capacity.

You may opt out then. Let them arrange first.

If Nov happens then, Jan will too.
Otherwise even Nov May postpone. I am not doubting ICAI but students can clear their doubt this way. Solved
