@SpinnyCare Update - accessory vendor visited today and acknowledged that speakers are faulty and need replacement. I am told that approval will be submitted with spinny for OEM brand replacement and once approved, it will be taken care of. Looking forward to timely resolution 🙏🏻

@SpinnyCare I have requested this executive to connect me to someone else in command since he was very adamant. I'm told that even if the app says it's covered, policy doesn't cover this 🫡
@myspinny just bought a car from you last month along with most comprehensive warranty offered by you and trusting your xx number of checkpoints only to discover after few days that speakers in third row aren't operational. Bought top end car to enjoy Bose 8 speakers 😔

Ticket no 2116149. Conversation with executive was very disappointing. He asked me to share couple of things to evidence the problem and spoke over multiple calls during last week and informed me on the 5th call that it will be chargeable. Why not inform the customer upfornt??
@cromaretail Requested AC service from @Croma on March 9th. Still nothing. Meanwhile, I get calls every alternate day asking for status updates. If you don't know the status of your own service requests, who does? Fix this!
