US ARMY STOPPING “SMUGGLING” OF OIL BY INDIA’S MODI GOVERNMENT

MESSAGE TO THE INDIA’S MODI REGIME:
SMUGGLING IRANIAN OIL; EXPORTING FENTANYL; ORCHESTRATING ASSASSINATION PLOTS; AND DEFYING THE US SANCTIONS

The United States under President Trump is watching Modi’s India, and the mask has completely fallen off.

India can summon American diplomats, but the Indian government’s diplomatic theatre cannot hide the Modi regime’s global lawlessness and transnational terrorism.

What happened near the coast of Oman this week is the direct and inevitable result of the Modi regime running a “Global Criminal Enterprise” with defiance.

Let’s call a spade a spade. Smuggling is the right word.

The international community needs to understand the truth: India’s Modi government is running a “Global Criminal Enterprise” that stretches from illicit oil smuggling and exporting fentanyl to orchestrating transnational assassination plots against Khalistan Referendum organizers on foreign soil.

India’s Modi has become the face of transnational repression, believing he can operate entirely above international law.

I. Illicit Maritime Smuggling and Sanctions Evasion

Under the guise of global trade, India’s shadow fleet of ships was caught red-handed illegally transporting Iranian crude oil, directly financing rogue entities, and openly violating international laws and U.S. embargoes.

Modi’s India thought it could run this illicit shadow fleet with total impunity.

But the United States under President Trump has a clear and unyielding rule: if you try to bypass U.S. sanctions and fund forbidden regimes, the U.S. military will strike.

That is the rule, and that is exactly what happened in the Gulf of Oman.

The precision missile strikes on these tankers are a direct, undeniable message to the Modi regime’s illegal networks.

II. Transnational Trafficking of Controlled Fentanyl Precursors

Official intelligence assessments have formally identified India as a premier global supplier of illicit fentanyl precursor chemicals, functioning as a primary manufacturing hub feeding transnational narcotics cartels. Federal criminal indictments have been unsealed against pharmaceutical executives operating out of major Indian industrial centers.

Indian corporate entities were intercepted conspiring with cartels to transport raw synthetic opioid ingredients, deliberately executing fraudulent customs declarations by mislabeling lethal chemical compounds as commercial commodities to evade border security enforcement.

III. Extrajudicial Assassination Plots Against Khalistan Referendum Activists

From the sovereign territory of Canada to the federal jurisdiction of New York City, the Modi regime has deployed covert state agents and contracted hitmen to extrajudicially stop Khalistan Referendum political dissidents, assassinating Shaheed Hardeep Singh Nijjar and attempting to assassinate Gurpatwant Singh Pannun.

Modi Government stands formally indicted in United States federal court for conspiring to assassinate SFJ General Counsel Pannun on American soil, acting under the explicit, documented direction of senior government officials in New Delhi.

Furthermore, multilateral intelligence findings from the Five Eyes alliance have exposed an institutionalized mandate within the Indian security apparatus to track, target, and physically eliminate Khalistan Referendum organizers across Europe and North America.

Modi’s India — “Consequences have arrived” — that is the message from the United States under President Trump.

No amount of diplomatic posturing or summoning envoys will change the fact that the Modi regime’s global criminal operations have finally hit a wall.

With heavy hearts, we share the sad news this evening that the father of Baba Jag Singh, one of the main pillars of SFJ, has passed away. Our entire USMI Team stands with Baba Jag Singh in this moment of mourning.

Serving the nation might seem straightforward from the outside, but internally it is incredibly challenging, and for many, nearly impossible. Since 2018—starting with the London Referendum Declaration—Baba Jag Singh has led efforts across referendums in seven to eight countries. We have all seen how he mobilized people everywhere, hoisting flags and visiting Guru Ghar doors during every referendum. This is extraordinary.

Despite being so deeply involved in national matters, one can only imagine how little time he has had with his elderly parents, family, and children. This is the spirit of sacrifice—fighting for the nation while staying away from loved ones. At this age, parents, especially those with health issues, long to have their children close. Think of how much time Baba Jag Singh might have given to his family, yet he chose to prioritize national service above all.

Let us honor this warrior for his sacrifices, pray for his strength and well-being, and pray that Waheguru grants Baba Ji’s father a place at His feet.

Toronto: June 09, 2026: Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) has issued a “False Flag Terror Alert” to Canada and Five Eyes partners following Indian media reports quoting an Intelligence Bureau (IB) official claiming that Khalistanis abroad are allegedly planning a “major assassination, hijacking, or Kanishka-style bombing.”

The warning stems from an investigative report titled “The Big Diversion: Why Agencies Fear a Major Khalistani Strike Abroad,” which attributes the following statement to an Indian intelligence source: “The plan is to carry out either a major assassination, a hijacking, or a bombing on the lines of the Kanishka incident.”

According to SFJ General Counsel Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, “This is not intelligence. This is a pre-written criminal script. India is laying the groundwork to shift the blame before Indian proxies strike in Five eyes countries.”

“As the 41st year of the tragic Air India Flight 182 bombing approaches, Canadian citizens and public safety officials should take this intelligence leak as calculated narrative designed to shift blame ahead of a planned foreign terror operation”, added Pannun.

Pannun further questioned potential targets under this framework: “If a state-backed proxy operation occurs, who is the intended target? Will it be Indian diplomatic personnel — whom New Delhi repeatedly claims are under threat — or will civil aviation and Air India assets once again be placed at risk to simulate a historical precedent?”

SFJ submitted its intelligence brief directly to Canada’s Minister of Public Safety, the Honourable Gary Anandasangaree, calling on the Five Eyes security alliance to cross-examine Indian media outputs and deploy counter-surveillance protocols.

The security brief references recent CSIS reporting on proxy networks, transnational repression, and foreign interference frameworks deployed against diaspora communities. SFJ further alleges that local Indian diplomatic infrastructure is being leveraged to oversee these networks.

“High Commissioner Dinesh Patnaik and Consul General Mahaveer Singhvi are acting beyond recognized diplomatic boundaries. They are operating effectively as intelligence coordinators on sovereign Canadian territory,” Pannun alleged.

18 JUNE 2026 — 3RD YEAR OF SHAHEED NIJJAR’S ASSASSINATION:

Coinciding with the third year of the assassination of Hardeep Singh Nijjar on June 18, SFJ announced that it will hold a public “Citizen’s Court — Trial of Indian Diplomats” outside the Indian Consulate in Vancouver. The event will publicize allegations that Indian diplomatic personnel provided material logistics and intelligence tracking prior to Nijjar’s assassination.

“Sikhs For Justice maintains strict adherence to democratic self-determination through the ballot box,” Pannun added. “The ongoing Khalistan Referendum remains our singular mechanism to counter Indian Government’s ongoing assassination plots”.
