Also, I had already given a “last chance” earlier when a senior executive called and requested me to close my previous disconnection request. Trusting that assurance, I closed it and a network issue ticket was raised.
However, that ticket was again closed
within 24 hours without any proper resolution.
After this repeated pattern of complaints being closed without fixing the issue, it’s difficult to trust verbal assurances again—especially when no one is willing to commit anything in writing over email.

Everyone calls, but no one takes accountability in writing.
This kind of behavior is extremely unprofessional and creates a very unpleasant customer experience.
Very unpleasant experience with @Airtel_Presence@AirtelCaresLess
My broadband router has been continuously rebooting for the last 10 days. I raised 7–8 complaints, and every time the ticket was closed within 24 hours without proper resolution.
After I raised a disconnection
request, the marketing/retention team keeps calling me asking to cancel it and give them a “last chance”. I clearly told them the request can remain open and if the issue is fixed within 24 hours, I will close it myself.
However,no one is willing to give this commitment over mail
