@JioCare It's been 5 days since I raised a service request (ID: SR00002CFF4U) on 6th May for Jio Fiber disruption in Delhi & still NO ONE has visited. How long does it take to assign an engineer in the capital city? This is beyond frustrating. Worst customer support ever.

@JioCare Finally, after 9 days without internet, the Jio technical team finally visited today and restored my JioFiber connection. Thanks for resolving it. I hope such issues won’t repeat.

@JioCare Hi @JioCare, my JioFiber connection has been down since 6th May 2025. It's now the 8th day without internet. I've tried calling customer care, emailing, and even posting here but there’s still no resolution or confirmed visit date. This is my final attempt.
