Judiciary cannot be judged only by whether one gets the desired result. Faith in the justice system must be based on principles, not personal convenience.
Preventive arrest u/s 126/170 BNSS of Sh. Abhijeet Dipke, Sh. Ashutosh Ranka and Sh. Saurav Das was done on 10.10.2026. All due legal procedures were followed and they were produced before the SEM Court, Delhi Cantt on 11.10.2026.
A bail bond as Surety Bond of ₹50,000/- was filled for maintaining peace and good behaviour, for a period of one year, and they were released by the SEM Court.
KPSC has not just been compromised it has been turned into a marketplace for government jobs.
ED’s findings are damning: question-paper leaks, candidate-specific answer keys, manipulation of the 1:3 merit list, and bribes ranging from ₹10 lakh to ₹50 lakh per candidate.
The dreams of thousands of deserving youth were sold for cash.
KPSC deserves a complete clean-up. Every person involved must be exposed, investigated and punished. No matter how powerful.

ED’s arrest of KPSC Chairman Shivashankarappa Sahukar is a major blow to the cash-for-job racket that has destroyed the hopes of thousands of deserving aspirants.
KPSC must be cleansed from top to bottom. The future of hardworking, meritorious youth cannot be sold to the highest bidder.
Merit must prevail. Corruption must end. Justice for every KPSC aspirant.
#KPSCScam
KPSC was meant to build careers, not destroy dreams.
This is not merely a recruitment scam. It is a betrayal of the dreams of an entire generation.
Who will answer for the future of Karnataka’s youth? #KPSCScam
If ED can uncover alleged irregularities across 13 KPSC recruitments over two years, the obvious question is:
Where were the CID and State Police all these years?
There were complaints, FIRs and allegations of malpractice, yet such a wide network allegedly remained undetected.
Why did it take the ED’s intervention to expose what appears to be a much deeper KPSC recruitment racket?
Lakhs of honest aspirants deserve answers. KPSC jobs cannot be for sale.

The Karnataka High Court has constituted a Special Investigation Team (SIT) headed by Alok Kumar IPS to investigate recruitment irregularities in the Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC).
Justice M Nagaprasanna dictated an order directing the formation of the SIT, handover of evidence from the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) and the jurisdictional police to the SIT. It further directed co-operation between departments, investigation agencies, and public authorities to assist the SIT.
The Court has directed the SIT to place a report of investigation within 100 days of commencement of investigation and a progress report for every 30 days.
It further directed all connected criminal petitions filed to quash the crimes will be considered after the SIT has placed its report.
Instead of taking on the illegal drugs lobby, the Home Department is busy cracking down on Hindu activists who are averse to their ideology. The involvement of students has increased manifold with as many as 228 of them being apprehended for possession of drugs this year. What begins as experimentation can end up destroying a student’s education, future, and aspirations.
The Home Minister must use the Police to crackdown on Drug peddlers instead of cracking down on those who are ideologically averse to the Government.
Though the Karnataka High Court has repeatedly reprimanded the State Government for misusing Cabinet decisions to withdraw cases under Section 321 CrPC/Section 360 BNSS, the State seems to have learnt nothing.
The withdrawal of cases on three occasions through Cabinet decisions has been stayed, and the High Court has come down heavily on the government in the Hubballi riots case as well.
Yet, shamelessly ignoring the court’s observations, the State has once again constituted a Cabinet Sub-Committee to facilitate withdrawal of cases.
How many times will the government attempt to bypass the law?
Merit must never be sacrificed. The hard work, commitment and sacrifices of our youth and their families must never become victims of corruption.
I have written to Hon'ble Union Home Minister Shri @AmitShah Ji seeking a CBI investigation into the serious allegations of corruption, abuse of authority and manipulation of OMR answer sheets in the KPSC Veterinary Officers recruitment process.
Every selection must be based on merit alone. The dreams built through years of hard work and the unwavering support of families deserve justice. Those responsible must be held accountable, and public faith in the recruitment system must be restored.

These are the RTC records of approximately 80 acres of land owned by former KPSC Chairman Shivashankarappa Sahukar, whose daughter Suma Sahukar declared an annual income of ₹40,000 and secured a government job through the KPSC.

Transferring KPSC Scam investigation to CID is nothing but to facilitate silent burial of the crime,
KPSC is a den of corruption that has ruined the lives of lakhs of innocent students. The demand is to transfer the inquiry to CBI, overseen by the Hon. High Court of Karnataka.

The Karnataka High Court in Girish Bharadwaj v. State of Karnataka has made the law clear: the State cannot withdraw criminal cases merely through a Cabinet decision or by dictating terms to the Public Prosecutor. The Public Prosecutor is an independent statutory authority who must apply their mind to each case independently and is not bound by the Government’s decision.
The same principle applies when governments promise blanket withdrawal of criminal cases against protesters. A political promise or Cabinet decision cannot substitute the independent application of mind required by law.

Karnataka Public Service Commission (#KPSC) has constituted an internal inquiry committee to investigate allegations of irregularities in the recruitment of Veterinary Officers.
The move comes a day after the Vidhana Soudha Police registered an FIR against KPSC Chairman Shivashankarappa S. Sahukar, other officials and 29 selected candidates over alleged corruption and malpractice.
