Brew day to packaging day for this year's Christmas beer. "Krampus Killer '23" is an 8% Belgian dubbel flavoured with cranberries, orange peel, brown sugar and cocoa nibs. Tastes good now, should be better at Christmas when it's aged 8 weeks.

Bottled and kegged the lager that fermented at 29°C today. We were expecting it to be bad, but it smells and tastes good, albeit nothing like a lager! Glad it turned out ok so far. "Burger Eating Invasion Monkey" will be ready in a couple of weeks and is 4.6% ABV

Yesterday was a brew day! Had a go at doing another lager, but using a yeast that gives lager flavours at ale temperatures. Gonna be interesting though as I have no chill tech and we're in the middle of a freaking heat wave. Fermenter temp was 29°c this morning...

Kegged "FAF: Goblets and Garden Parties". Going to have to re-label it as a Belgian double as it's about 7.7% as opposed to the 11% we aimed for. It smells incredible, tastes good as it is and we can't wait to try it after we age it for 12 weeks...

Finally testing out the beer machine, and it's good! Going to have to mess around with the gas pressure setting to get the flow right, but it does what it is meant to do!

First attempt at brewing a Belgian quad completed! "FAF: Goblets and Garden Parties" should be good. Will it be as good as @AdroitTheory "All I See is Carrion"? Definitely not, but the brewing went well, despite the gravity coming in lower than we hoped.
