Half term has been full of colds, new windows, and cleaning… but today was a win with a trip to Slimbridge Wetlands!

@OVOEnergy say open 24/7 on website but you're not. I have an emergency with my meter and as it's not 24/7 service I cant get the problem checked or sorted. I have two kids and we have no gas just electric, have had no electric since 2pm and I have children and we are cold.
