@GetSpectrum Do NOT get Spectrum. Outage for 3 days in WeHo & the credit I get is $4 while I have to now pay overages for my cell due to extra data use that costs $15 per GB bc I WFH How is that fair? #spectrumsucks#stillnointernet
@Ask_Spectrum The bigger problem is Spectrum can’t tell me if this outage will continue for more days. I WFH and rely on the service I pay for to pay my bills (you). Being unreliable is unacceptable
@SouthwestAir starts charging for bags but can’t actually get them to the right location on time. go back to first bag free if you can’t manage it at least. Continue to have slow employees w/ attitudes, not put costumers first w/o your loyal flyers Bye!

Haven’t posted in years but what gets me to is @SouthwestAir. The WOSRT airline out there. F’d up my bags getting here two flights in a row. Agents have BAD attitudes. Where’s my bag?!?!
@handy beyond disappointed with ur company and customer service. So many issues, tried to give u another chance & I get a no show & a costumer service rep without the service & just excuses for a situation that could have resolved days ago to prevent this situation #dontusehandy
