@FreeRangeKids As someone whose gig is teaching chess in an afterschool program: Maybe 20% of the TKs and 50% of the Ks are ready to be interested.

The ones who don't want to be there cause 90% of the drama. Making it way harder to deliver a quality program to kids who do want to be there.
