@MBTA Why is there no connection between the Lowell CR and the GLX. I would think that could be a convenient backup for access. Much like Malden and Porter can funnel passengers to the subway when NSTA is inaccessible.

@McDonalds Problem solved! I cleared cache & stored data, then I force stopped the app and rebooted my phone.
The app then loaded and let me log in again. It seems to be running fine now. BTW, it was Version 26.54.1

@McDonalds You're likely aware, but there seem to be issues with your android app. The splash screen loads and freezes. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. It doesn't seem to be on my end. I'm reduced to ordering at the counter - like a caveman! 😏

@guyrleech @McDonalds Yeah, it hiccups occasionally, but it's generally been ok until the past 24hrs. It's not loading beyond the splash screen. Feels like a backend issue but really no way to know.
