@RoyalJordanian NO reply. @RoyalJordanian changed my flight 3 times without my consent, refused my upgrade at Jeddah, ignored my emails and calls, and only reacted when I spoke publicly. Silence in private, PR in public. Is this how you treat paying passengers?
