@TDPSupporterNRI @Cryptified_Soul Bro rental yeild should be always lesser. If rent is almost equal to the EMI then why some working person will pay rent instead of paying 10-20k extra in an EMI and own the house down the line. Please study the concept of rental yeild.

@KrishAlpha7 @ElavarasanFffc @Mohitsharma202 Don't include the assets which you are using and don't want to sell during emergency situations for say, house and land.

Count things which you can sell off and get money: salary, savings, investments, extra homes, holiday house.

@SamirKagalkar @HDFC_Bank The similar case happened to me with ICICI bank, i spent 60k and paid 59,920 rs as i thought 200rs refund got settled but later month i got 4k + GST (around 1k) as charge. I have icici FD card from 18years so I requested them and got whole amount reversed. 🥹

@thejago99 @Umesh__digital As we are discussing about google drive, for me even drive makes this issue. I am not sure why and how, need to check some day with logs 👀

@thewire_in Please continue this and get all these fake students behind the bars. Youths have had enough of vandalising the place. Arrest their leaders as well.

Lesson?

First lesson: Always git pull from the remote even if its an internal personal branch.

Second lesson: Git reflog and commit history can be useful when files seem to be missing or changed.

A friend of mine almost lost his 10 days work in a flash.

Lets understand his situation, mistakes he made and how he was able to recover his lost files and changes.

A silly mistake which would have costed him rework or maybe a warning from the lead?

[Purab Modi @PurabModi3]

Recovery?

He first traced the loat commits using the git reflog, noted down the lost required commits from the merged PR.

He started restoring the lost commits one by one by cherry picking in the chronological order.

@mayankguptanew @desi_advisor Yeah 5g in the tab for me is useless and the pen which comes with it is okayish.. better I'll buy a lenovo pen plus with some discount

[Purab Modi @PurabModi3]

@desi_advisor They had no stock at the moment. So, I have to order lenovo idea tab wifi only 256gb for Rs. 11,240 from Amazon which i think is a better deal.
