Operator turned founder. 15+ yrs in manufacturing, retail & operations. Building @FOUNDERFi_xyz_ | MBA #00773112862 | AI implementation for real businesses.
1/ I run a web3 studio as a solo founder, @FOUNDERFi_xyz_ but I don't work alone. I have an AI team: a COO and 20+ specialized agents that spec, build, audit, and ship real products. Here's how it's set up. ๐งต
Every founder I talk to has the same complaint:
โThe bots are killing our floor.โ
They farm your collection, dump on your floor, and bleed your real holders dry.
Itโs the #1 problem I usually hear. So @FOUNDERFi_xyz_ set out to come up with a solution on @ApeChainHUB
If your project would like more info,
Soon. ๐
This is actually not a bad take. While the wape - list - list lower cycle can bring the price down and is a more extractive event, there is liquidity there that may not be there otherwise.
I have seen teams work different ways to try and mitigate any damage such as blacklisting bot wallets from transfers.
I am currently build a product teams could utilize if they want to enter into the cycle with their collectionโs bots.
Iโve always hated trying to do anything NFT-related on mobile.
So I started building a Telegram NFT bot app to make NFT actions feel as easy as sending a message.
Itโs still a primitive but functional MVP and Iโm actively building, but the core is there.
Will have opportunities for early testers.
Never stop building on @ApeChainHUB@apecoin@FOUNDERFi_xyz_
The world has changed, it is no longer what can you build? It is what should you build. It is easier than ever to very quickly come up with ideas and quickly iterate. Play around a little and then decide on the direction to go and refine and polish. Letโs go @mimuonape
Just build.
I have seen this sentiment a bunch over the last few months. I have even fallen into the trap with an app list a mile long, with full hard-drives ๐.
Thereโs this constant tension between โless is moreโ, focus everything behind one thing and really push it. Versus the numbers game, where you keep building until one spark catches naturally. Even OpenClaw wasnโt the first swing. The reps before it are usually what make the one that sticks possible.
But the curse is, once you can actually build this stuff, it becomes both an amazing tool and a brutal pressure machine. You always feel behind. You always feel like you should be shipping more, pushing harder, posting more, launching faster.
Iโve never been more tired in my life than I have been this past year from relentlessly pushing, and I had to take a break.
Irrelevant definitely feels like the wrong word. Exhausted is probably the real one. I know I am there.
Deleted my earlier 'feeling irrelevant' post - didn't wanna be the crying on the TL guy, appreciate all the people that commented before I took it down.
Anyway, instead of getting down about stuff - here's some cool shit I made over the last few months
https://t.co/cEU9CUYwkK - it has a shit tonne of questing features for founders, social quests, Otherside quests, irl, etc. it's a launchpad for royalty enforced 1155 and 721 collections on Apechain, bunch of other stuff - it has a built in Proof of Giveaway tool using SHA256Mining to fairly pick winners, full glyph wallet connect and management, send tokens, nfts, see balances, see connected wallets - it's got so much stuff I can't even remember all of it.
https://t.co/eexyrBJzjZ standalone Otherside Bubbles broadcaster app - Live, working, just need people to want to broadcast their bubbles out live.
https://t.co/tfDlLHb7bD canned without ever even posting it - A worldwide map for Apes to place their locations, Nationally, Regionally, or Locally - with only Apes able to see other Apes - plus built in Event Calandar - styled to look like the Otherside Map
https://t.co/Hcr8JjYYJA - server authorative endless runner in Mining theme, use of Otherside MML avatars, paly with your own BAYC MAYC - prizes of over 2-3000 Ape given away. Showcasing some of the best web2/web3 crossover products Apechain has to offer - robust anti cheat tech - Server offline because it costs too much for me to run ยฃ200+ a month to keep the server strong enough for concurrent players.
https://t.co/mvK6eyvQZT entry for vibecode camp, Otherside-Browser crossover with procedurally generated floating island that players can own, customise and decorate. You can explore as your Otherside Avatars too.
And 'exportable as MML' entire Island functionality. You can take your island with you, bakes all procedurally generated grass, trees, rocks, house into .glb slices.
Avatar Studio - not released yet but made procedurally generated, rigged, customiseable avatars for Otherside. Everything from boots to shoes to tshirts, paint it, change colours, materials, change the height, build, sex of the avatar.
Drew 2 collections, PBC's FounderFi and DonDiablo's First Class Frenchies.
Drew my own Mutant as a SICK t-shirt design.
What I didn't do, attend as many spaces, host any spaces, post everyday on the timeline.
5 live working apps/games, 2 collections, merch artwork, since February.
And that was on top of managing my IRL business and family.
Irrelevant might have been the wrong word earlier today, exhausted is a better word.
Shoutout @mmwalk for being the only founder/host to reach out to have me on a space to talk about MineKart!
I am not able to participate or be ingrained in all of the communities that I hold NFTs for because I just donโt have enough time, but I am always impressed with how much @mimuonape is always doing.
@morethenhype is killing it.
