And if Xbox’s Project Helix is also built around AMD’s next-gen architecture, it likely means Xbox will benefit from this same shift toward AI/neural rendering too.
PS6 and the next Xbox could both be entering the era of neural graphics.
PS6 will most likely have capabilities in the same direction as DLSS 5.
Sony + AMD are already heavily investing in neural rendering through Project Amethyst, PSSR and AMD’s ML-based graphics tech.
So while PS6 won’t use “DLSS 5,” expect similar AI driven rendering capabilities
@Big__TeeJ@Sonnie_Slim PS6 is likely to use AMD/Sony neural rendering technology as an integral part of its rendering pipeline, potentially doing things that are conceptually comparable to DLSS 5... 😀
@Eldonchorizo_@Eggonthereg@byihjgvb7499672 These clowns cant be reasoned with. You posted a perfectly fine post but these clowns have zero filter.
It's one of the reasons people are starting to get so fed up with this whole anti-AI luddite movement they're trying to push on everyone.
@edliu1105 Started gaming in the 80’s and it’s been amazing to see how technology and games have evolved over the years.
It’s such a privilege to experience something like this. A pivotal moment for game graphics.
@ChesterMints9z@TheHiddenOneAC Just ignore these clowns. People like this are loud and obnoxious. Screaming at the sky meanwhile everyone else just moves on. Game developed, gamers and consumers in general will all use AI and no amount of outcry from luddites will change that.
@PatrickMaka What happens if that person you gave the disc too gives it back to you.
Can you add it back to your library?
I’m asking because of the smal print here. For me it looks like you can’t revoke the license two times, meaning you wouldn’t be able to add it back..?
