LEARN TO CODE.

but I can get a technical cofounder, yes you can, but you can't escape tech!

yes, you're the idea guy, the wannabe steve jobs, you give great presentations and are ready to hustle to get the users

but you can do much more!

maybe you don't like to code, or you don't have the brain or it just isn't your thing.

but you don't need to know everything. just learn to hack, and build the MVPs yourself.

but why?

to know your product inside out. the technical bottlenecks and to really know what it takes to build.

don't look for technical co-founders, look for people you love working with.

people with great technical competence don't show up till you prove you can build.

keep a small team where everyone knows how to hack, listen to your users and iterate at lightning speed.

build the best product you can. if the market responds well, accelerate!

let the expert devs take over! move to what you do best.

remember, learn to sell. learn to build. if you can do both, you will be unstoppable.
