Had to take a break to get the mental health right.
A month a half later I’m back with a solid app on the AppStore and it’s time to push harder on marketing.
Never let yourself completely give up. Even through burnout.
Tackling anxiety is tough.
Just this morning I caught myself overthinking a rude woman at the grocery store while I was at the deli with my son wrapped around me.
She said something about men not covering their children enough (he was fine).
The point is it’s strange how our brains run scenarios over and over in our heads, thinking of the best comeback to what they said.
But there’s just no point in doing that and it’s not worth the stress or the brain power.
Finished an entire months worth of content for my apps launch.
It’s not perfect but it’s fun and should grab some attention.
Slow and steady maybe doesn’t win the race but I’m sure as hell gonna finish.
My momentum has definitely turned downward over the last month.
We’re not down at zero and I won’t let it get to zero. I wouldn’t even consider this a break we’re just going 30 instead of 75 mph.
Freeways up ahead tho.
Build in public isn’t typically fun to scroll through.
It’s great to get started but a lot of the content doesn’t seem to have sustenance.
Be the diamond in the rough that users want to follow!
