I don't tweet much and number & frequency of my tweets has nothing to do with my interest or adoration.

this is the thing about bts, they have so much integrity and so much courage that ppl can’t help but applaud them. you can’t help but pause and recognise that holy shit, their biggest award was in fingertip reach & they said no, unless you treat our music fairly, you keep it

RT @epipeny: Even diehard kpop fans who resent BTS are aware how sniveling and opportunistic it would look for an act to sprint for the Tok…

[⁷ @teeheehyung]

man i’m glad there’s a clear, loud and visible division between kpop & bts now. this was much needed, made our job easier in preaching bts is bigger & beyond kpop. we can finally breaaaaaaaathhhhh!

[r ⊝⊜ @epipeny]

I can already foresee multis (especially hybe label multis) making excuses for other groups sprinting for this award lol. Let’s be clear - if you are an ARMY who believes in BTS’ statement, or someone who stands against the racism directed at Asian artists, then it is hypocritical and fundamentally dishonest for you to cheer for anyone gunning for a category that should not exist.

“Asian pop” is a category created to limit Asian artists and it was targeted at BTS’ return. You will not be able to reconcile the cognitive dissonance of supporting BTS’ stance against racism and being happy for an opportunistic bottom feeder diluting the strength of their statement - and you deserve to be shamed for attempting to do so.

Hybe groups in particular have eaten off BTS’ plate and enjoyed the dividends of BTS’ success for years - if this is something they wish to grab for themselves, I will have nothing but contempt for them.

I bet you these are just appetizers. Soon we will show you guys the real things

I've been seeing a lot of people deleting their LastFM accounts over the last few days.

Just make sure you've also cancelled your recurring LastFM Pro subscription.

Deleting your listening history is one thing...

Cancelling recurring revenue tends to get a company's attention a little faster. 😏💜

[Miche⁷ ⊙⊝⊜ @MicheBangtan]

ARMYs you’re gonna have to get used to BTS meeting more dignitaries and world leaders and the like. It’s not an endorsement of those politicians. It is those politicians recognizing BTS’s impact and level of influence. +
