This #hiking dog was disappointed to not find any snow fields close to the #hikingtrail on this #hot #July day for a #hike in #Colorado, but she did find some cold, clear streams along the way and sure enjoyed the #mountain #views and abundance of #wildflowers above #treeline.

There is absolutely no better place to be in the summer than the #highcountry, and while it was so great to #travel during what was a muddy #Colorado mud season, #traveling is not just about the #journey and #beautifulplaces but also about the joy that comes with returning home.

This #discgolfdog certainly prefers the longer #discgolf course, but any bit of #discgolfing makes for a great start to a #summer day in #Colorado. The #views at the #TownOfSilverthorne 9-hole #MarylandCreekDiscGolf course did not disappoint either on this peaceful, cool morning.

Can't overstate how fantastic conditions have been for #skiing #Colorado #skiresorts this #skiseason, and while conditions were so soft again on this peaceful #sunnyday, had to stop occasionally on this rare #blueskyday during this #snowy #winter and enjoy the #mountain #views.

So much new #snow along with a new #skilift in a new year at your favorite #Colorado #skiresort. While there are still some rocks evident over at your other favorite ski lift, it was a great day to be #skiing or #snowboarding and exploring all the open terrain on the #mountain.
