@myviewpointsuk @SkyNews When the government offer funded hours, the nursery actually never makes any profit as the hourly rates always underpay.
The nursery has to then pass those costs onto the parent by means of charging top up fees which the parents can refuse to pay and bring packed lunches.

@myviewpointsuk @SkyNews Then the issue there is that if they don't pay it the costs of the resources are not covered like paint and paper etc
Even basics like wipes and toilet paper aren't covered in the government rates.
Nurseries then make a loss on every child who does not pay the top up fees.

@splankatang @fesshole No it is the other way round. One of the husband's parents must have brown eyes as brown is the dominant colour, for blue eyes a child must get two copies of the blue eyes gene set from both parents.
