@nwscug Good morning, I am so bitter about your services lately. So I have suffered with this issue since may. In a nutshell in May 2024 my meter was taken claiming it was dormant. On return of another meter, I had a water bill of 1.4. I cried to rectify this.

@nwscug I called for clarity from a lady called Julie agaaaaaaiiinnnnn who told me “I am still looking for meter for you” and hangs up. But that’s wasn’t my complaint. So I instead on calling her thinking maybe she confused me for another customer but lady kept switching me off

@nwscug Julie was not helping the situation since may yet she’s the person in charge. As of July I was given a bill of 240,000 with a disconnection notice even before the meter reading message came through.

@nwscug After paying my arrears of 50k. As of June I was given another bill of 145,000 which I asked for clarity through a gentle man called Richard at the Kyaliwajala branch. Not sure if he was the person in charge but wasn’t given feedback about that since the i charge
