I'm 6 hours from the airport...is there no way that it can be held until September 7?! These policies are so outdated and ridiculous. It's a way that you can avoid having to show up. Is this really my only option??
@AmericanAir is horrible for the environment. Only accepting paper. What my voucher gets lost in the mail? Get with the times. Oh, but then if you made it easy for people to get what they were owed from YOUR mistakes, you'd actually have to be responsible for your actions.
@AmericanAir is officially the worst. They mega screwed up a flight last year and sent me a paper voucher. It's 2018. Well I go to use that voucher, and the ONLY way to redeem it is by sending in that signed piece of paper to their office in Florida. I live in Chile. IT'S 2018!!!
