Lewes Silkin seem to struggle to diffrentiate between the two.

@PatrickjaLee @CityofYork It’s legal to burn wood in a SCA within a DEFRA approved appliance. But I agree. Council’s should put their energy into publicising the law and enforcing the rules they already have. Sadly it seems easier for them to promote absolutist and divisive campaigns.
