Though I've been a lifelong Democrat, I have never been a go-along to get along type. Mother Theresa was my childhood idol and I root for policies and candidates that put humanity first.

@ChrisCadence They voted for him, and they deserve to have him, if they want him. 👍🏾 The millions of us Dems outside of his district who don't want him as Speaker of the House matter...and so does the fact that he (and Schumer) consistently ignore their constituents outcry.

@mgn53 @Timafi2 @tify330 I love Zohran Mamdani, his focus and what he has already done for NYC...and I respect his stated support for Hakeem Jeffries, but, I do not agree...and that is fine. There is no need to hardline support or to tribalize if the desired outcome is the same.
