I also need to address something I hadn't noticed at first; they stated that Yam was reported for the crime that took place, yet the report they presented lists the Netherlands, while Yam is in Sweden. I think it is reasonable to ask for an explanation.

I'm not trying to pin the blame on anything here and it's possible the artist simply insisted on completing the commission despite Yam having asked for a refund, but the timing is... very strange.

There was controversy surrounding this artist at some point during this year, and Yam wanted to cancel the commission, so we worked it out as a trade. I drew the idea for him because I didn't want him to feel bad about getting a refund. If this is him lurking around somewhere —

@sinyalafacility I found it ironic that she was accusing you guys of being exploitative while simultaneously using my situation to fuel her own discussion. If you're well into adulthood surely there are better things to occupy your time with & not treat serious situations like high-school gossip.

@sinyalafacility The way this person handles conflict in general seems very centered on personal dislike, so I can't say I'm surprised, but I do wish my expressed wishes had been given respect and not set aside in their favor... It's being treated as mere drama and gossip.

@sinyalafacility Of the 1 hour long video only approx. 20 minutes were spent in discussing the situation and even then it contained relatively little substantive detail. It was literally occupied in criticism of other people and my experience was used as a means of rising attention toward this.
