@PeopleFirstBank Thirteen years, 4 times a year I got my running balance and CSV files. You merge and those function are deleted with no regard.

CANNOT begin to convey how DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED I am with your new banking platform. From a business perspective, all our business accts are with PFB, you have taken AWAY functionality I NEED to complete our BAS. No CSV download, no running balances 😡 @PeopleFirstBank

@PeopleFirstBank These functions were available before the merge. Why take them away.
One PFB rep said 'find an alternative way'
Next one said 'do bank feed' sure no problem is PFB going to pay the extra fee the accounting software want to charge me for that privilege???
