My complaint account. I convert these to relevant complaints with gov enforcement as appropriate. Hopefully constructive feedback to improve products we use.
Actually @Instacart when you’re ordering heavy items with light items, the heavier items always seem to be out of stock, but the lighter items are in stock. But if you only order the heavy items, those are suddenly in stock.
it’s cheaper to order directly from Costco and ship it
@ChaseSupport The Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables benefit is hard to use in OpenTable because participating restaurants do not appear to be viewable on a map. For people with mobility issues, location is essential, not optional. Please add a map view and distance filters.
Health insurers deny legitimate care, and Dr. Potter @EPotterMD had the courage to record it. Instead of fixing their failures, they’ve blacklisted her for being honest, transparent, and ethical. It shouldn’t take Luigi to get things fixed.
#saveoursurgeon from @UHC
@VW taking greed to a new level charging monthly fees for features that are built in to your car.
This doesn’t lower costs for consumers like tiered software. It increases profits for VW only.
@Chase Sapphire Reserve turned into a coupon book of weak perks:
• $500 credit split in two half year use
• $300 StubHub credit—also split
• Peloton? lol
• “Exclusive” NYC dining list = <18 restaurants
• 50% bonus redemption? Gone.
This isn’t premium. It’s penny-pinching
Wild that in 2025, I’m willing to pay to watch the newest #RickAndMortySeason8 episode—and I still can’t find where the hell to do it. This isn’t edgy marketing. It’s just user-hostile.
The new @AmericanExpress Fine Hotels & Resorts layout adds friction to check nightly rates. Finding a hotel diminishes Platinum’s value if I have to click through every listing to asess nightly price, and location within a specific city. Please fix!
@UPSCapital and @OldRepTitle, as underwriters of these companies, and increasing employee shrinkage, best you head off the likely negligence cases that'll shift the costs to you and your charges.
PSA: Some @UPS and @FedEx employees can 'forget' to scan the weight of packages when returning in store. Past experience has those going missing and you lose the value of the return / shipment. I asked for weighing and caught it wasn't. Had to go back and ask again. Be alert.
@netflix dropping bingable shows to weekly drops is dropping ‘netflix and chill’ from society. You’re becoming average and basic. Basic cable to be specific.
The new @Verizon plans and the mess of bundles between @hulu , @Disney and @StreamOnMax when I I never use @espn is frustrating. Stop trying to recreate cable. It's dying for a reason.
