No. I don't like saying this, because it is an unpopular opinion, but it is historically true. MarcusSparkles did the same thing with Gander Mountain right after he took Camping World Holdings public in 2015-2016. He bought the Gander Mountain IP out of bankruptcy, talked it up like it was the greatest thing since sliced bread, and it was discovered in 2019 by some of his largest investors, that in fact, it was not. He and others on the board were sued for not telling the truth, and selling $CWH shares worth $520M when at the same time, MSparkles was pumping them up, right here on the old Twitter. His posts are still there. Such as a design contest for this followers to redesign the new Gander logo, etc. In the court filings, MSparkles called the Gander IP purchase a Giant Shitshow, and $CWH had to restate 3 years of financial statements (aka cooked the books). So prior to MSparkles blocking me, for my questioning of his love of the ticker for BBBY over his existing business, I took his advice, did some research, and discovered this.
