@HalifaxBank Except we haven’t held a joint account in over eight years. This was paid into his personal account. You also kept my mum on hold for nearly an hour and barely apologised. I find this incredibly worrying and deeply unprofessional.

@HalifaxBank Can you please explain how this happened? My elderly mum asked to transfer £100 to my account, for my birthday and over the phone, as she usually does. Only it wasn’t just me who received the money… my ex-husband also received £100 from her with the ref ‘Mr & Mrs W’
