@Surviving_Pod Every time he calls helping a kid prep & recover from a significantly invasive surgery a “vacation”, I want to sentence him to having to awake very 2 hours to give meds, wipe bottoms, bathe, feed, dress, deal w/ insurance, etc.— without a nanny. It’s 👏not. 👏 a 👏 vacation.

@FedExHelp Pkg arrived in town Fri & was out for delivery. Got email Fri PM saying you would deliver today instead. Now get email saying delivery attempted. We were in yard & we have ring camera. No delivery was attempted. Now status says it will be Tuesday? #badcustomerservice
