Deceitful and fraudulent conduct of star health Insurance which is duping innocent Indians of their hard earned monies in the name of giving insurance and are then conveniently rejecting the claim. The 84 yr old bed ridden person having claim no. CIG/2027/161132/0195169, policy No. P/161132/01/2026/001845 has been harassed by @StarHealthIns@StarHealthIns who had been paying huge premium for getting an insurance cover but despite all genuine bills and reports of senior doctors of the Ganga Ram Hospital, Delhi Star Heath Insurance in an evasive Fraudulent and deceitful manner by perpetuating fraud, has rejected the genuine claim. We will be constrained to take legal action against them for the fraud perpetuated. @irdaindia@StarHealthIns@jagograhakjago@consaff@star_orm
Important Judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court on RBI directions on declaration of the account and persons related thereto as fraud. While personal hearing is declined, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has directed that the entire forensic Audit Report be furnished to such person(s) before fraud declaration. I got the opportunity to argue for a guarantor who was declared as fraud.
