I booked 1room of hotel Moonlight residency, Pune from @oyorooms for 9 dec and when we reached there, a hotel named Primerose on place ofit and when we asked them they said this hotel existed before. We tried calling oyo cust. care, they said you checked in earlier but we havent.

@OYO4U @Purtika8 I booked oyo room for 25th Feb and cancelled it today 12 days before, still, oyo deducted 1437 and refunded only 513 rupees. On complaining oyo executive isn't helping. I have all details. The oyo customer care even removed the booking details from my oyo app.
