3rd year MBBS students of #MPMSU are being forced to report to their respective college cities for offline practical exams. Students are demanding the postponement of exams due to COVID-19 outbreak.

This is what medical students have shared with me

Shame on you @VNSGUNIVERSITY
2nd,3rd and Final MBBS Exams are starting from 4th August and you released schedule today before 7 days?

State Transportation is Totally closed for Surat. Who will be responsible for Mental Stress,you are giving to Students?

@NsuiVnsgu @TOISurat

With the increasing no. of 50,000 cases per day, the risk will remain. Sir, we are devastated by present condition and only few hopes left for justice against abrupt order of UGC.

[Devam Baderiya @drdevu31]

I cannot even imagine the plight of students coming from North Eastern states and Bihar. There are no free movement of railways and only few railways are working, and even travelling through them will risk us to the COVID-19,

@nidhiindiatv @advocate_alakh Is #MCI ever going to issue the guidelines? Plz look into the matter of medical students

No guidelines are given by mci yet to these students
when its #doctorsday everyone was thanking them but no one consider medical students neither government nor media nor their own mci

No guidelines by MCI about accommodation and distancing during exams

Students are without proper study material at their homes
Many students come from different states too.
Why this injustice to medical students only

When students have to run SC to make their voices heard, there's something wrong with system.
Pandemic has thrown unforeseen challenges but that's where wisdom is needed.

Major hearing in Supreme Court today: India's top court to hear plea challenging #UGCGuidelines. The plea seeks cancellation of final-year exams across country, awarding of degrees to successful students by July 31. @anubha1812
