Railways should support senior citizens even after booking 120 days early with lower berth preference. Still got middle & upper berths. Parents have major knee problems and cannot climb.

Kindly allocate lower berths please. 🙏

@RailwaySeva Thank you for the response. The chart is now prepared, but my 53-year-old mother with a severe knee problem is still allotted an upper berth. She cannot climb due to her medical condition.

Kindly arrange a lower berth and, if possible, keep our family together. PNR: 8648961835🙏

@RailwaySeva Thank you for the response. Mother is 45+ and father is 53. We selected lower berth preference and booked at 8:10 AM when seats were available.

Still got middle & upper berths. Same coach preference was also not given.

Kindly help with lower berths & seats together. 🙏
