My ticket is booked through student offer that gave me extra 10 kgs baggage. I had changed/modified my travel date but before doing so I called the customer care to confirm if my baggage allowance is going to change.

@EtihadHelp I have filed a complaint to investigate on the call where I was told that modifying the flight is okay and its not going to change my baggage allowance. I am flying tomorrow morning and the customer care keeps saying give us 2 more hours every time I call them. Help!
