Checked my porch camera and watched a neighbor pick up my dog's mess, walk onto my property, and leave it right on my welcome mat.

I understand being upset about it, but dropping it on someone's doorstep feels like a strange way to handle the situation.

First cat ever and he is orange. He appears not to understand the word "no". Is there a reason he doesn't get it? Ive also tried saying it in Spanish since that was his first language. He understands other words like food. But he also doesn't really do what I ask. If I call him, he only sometimes comes - like maybe twice out of 5 times. Sometimes he doesn't acknowledge that I'm speaking to him. I've only ever had dogs. He is really sweet but doesn't listen very well. I was thinking of having the vet check his hearing next time we go in. Especially if I tell him not to jump on a piece of furniture its like it doesn't register. And he doesn't look guilty the way a dog does when I take him off of it.

Also his eyes were blue when he was little. Now they are a different color. Does that happen often?
