This is the reply I am getting from Agni Mitra, if the phone glass is getting cracked due to overheating of the phone, or due to any factor in which I am not responsible, it should be the company who should be liable for a replacement of the product @LavaMobile @reachraina

The quality of the glass back of Agni is the worst I have seen, phone is 2 months old never fell no pressure till now at all, was playing BGMI just now and the back glass broke while playing BGMI, didn't apply any pressure what so ever...

@Yug3181 @reachraina @yabhishekhd @LavaMobile After @reachraina replied I got a call from the lava team in 10 mins, they told me that they will look into this and tomorrow a technician will come for checking and if I would be eligible for replacement they will replace the device

@reachraina @yabhishekhd @LavaMobile Thanks, I just want a proper resolution, not a rejection of the warranty just on a phone call or WhatsApp chat, a human can't make a precise cut like this on a glass which is attached to a phone, only can happen when laser cut but again that will be a geometrical

If this perfection of a crack can be made by a human while dropping or even by bending it and breaking or by any magical sort, I think then nothing is impossible for a man to do in this world.
Lava team really needs to learn science and how things work

He called me and told me that he talked with the tech head of the lava team and they said this is damage inflicted due to an accident, I don't know how dumb can a Team Lead be if he thinks so, I would request him to drop his phone once and see what happens
