He brought OBC reservation in NEET PG but for UG admission it was there before him.

The Karnataka High Court struck down the state’s 2022 law that increased SC/ST reservations, ruling that exceeding the 50% reservation ceiling is unconstitutional.

Who introduced this decision? BJP govt in Karnataka in 2022, a year before the Assembly elections, just for vote-bank politics.

Now, who is planning to challenge the High Court's judgement in the Supreme Court?

Congress govt in Karnataka, that's also for the vote-bank politics.

Both political parties talk about the Constitution. One of them even goes around carrying a copy of it. Yet, neither seems to have read it, as both are willing to take unconstitutional steps just to win elections.

In Madhya Pradesh, the High Court rejected the 73% quota as unconstitutional. Yet the BJP govt has been reported to be considering an appeal alongside Congress.
So much for BJP being the enemy of Congress-style reservation expansion!

BJP leaders want General Category (GC) voters to believe that Congress is their enemy and BJP their saviour.
When confronted with the SC/ST Act and UGC regulations, they dodge responsibility by saying the SC/ST Act dates back to 1989 and the UGC controversy was merely a clerical error by junior bureaucrats.

But GC warriors have exposed this deception.
The BJP govt brought the 2018 amendment that strengthened the SC/ST Act, and the controversial UGC regulations.

Now BJP supporters are trying to frighten GC voters by claiming that Congress will increase reservations.
But look at the BJP’s own record!
•𝗠𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗵𝘁𝗿𝗮: 72%
•𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗵𝘆𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗵: 73%
•𝗕𝗶𝗵𝗮𝗿: 75%
•𝗖𝗵𝗵𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗵: 68%
•𝗥𝗮𝗷𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻: 64%
In 𝗢𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗮, the reservation figure cited in this debate rose 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 20% 𝘁𝗼 50% 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗝𝗣 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 - a dramatic change with serious implications for open competition.

𝗢𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗕𝗝𝗣, 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗦𝗣, 𝗗𝗠𝗞 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗝𝗗 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲!

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗩𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗜𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗪𝗲𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗻. 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗜𝘁!

General Category voters of UP, Uttarakhand and Punjab must understand one thing:
BJP is not entitled to your votes merely because Congress may be worse.
Do not allow any party to treat you as a permanent vote bank.
Support candidates who stand against caste quotas.
They may belong to a major party, a small party or be independents. Judge them by their commitments and actions, not their party label.

Legal battles against excessive quotas are being fought by a handful of committed GC individuals and organisations.
They cannot fight alone while millions remain silent.

Political clout comes not just from making your preferred party win, but from making parties that betray your interests lose.

If BJP can win your votes while pursuing policies you oppose, why would it ever change?

Make every party earn your support.
Make every candidate answer your questions.
