Many people have understood the conspiracy against Sant Shri Asharamji Bapu, how He was framed under false charges with no evidences proving Him guilty & evidences that prove His innocence were disregarded. This happens to be a part of a deep conspiracy to defame Hindu saints & create a rift between them and the society.

A particular alleged rape case was highly sensationalized by the media & they even conducted media trials.

Now let's know the Hidden Aspects of that very case which the media did not bother to show, or maybe were paid against bringing it out.

1️⃣. The Medical Reports of the complainant denied any signs of rape or even physical assault.

2️⃣. The call details of the complainant shows their presence at a different location altogether at the alleged time of incident . (This call detail was purposely hidden from the courts by IO Chanchal Mishra, as agreed by her subordinate constable in court)

3️⃣. There are photographic evidence of accused of being at different place at the alleged time of incident.

There are few more facts that are hidden from the public. But inspite these core evidences the #FakeAllegations of the accuser was believed & the accused was wrongly convicted by the Sessions Court.

This is the real story of Asharamji Bapu Case. He is held in jail for more than a decade at this senior age even though innocent.

11 years ago a Hindu Saint was falsely accused of molestation, was swiftly arrested ; Medical tests of complainant exposed the allegations hence POCSO Act was levied to frame Him.

Yediyurappa too charged with POCSO, no arrest yet ! Is Law Equal for All?

#NeedFairLegalSystem that does not differentiate on the basis of power. In the last decade many well known people were accused under the POCSO Act, almost all of them were let free due to either political influence or due to sheer power of money.

Recently Yediyurappa was accused of molestation and charged with POCSO and is yet to be arrested. Is it because He was a former CM of a state or is it because He is from the ruling party of India?
