@IndiGo6E Daughter was travelling alone today on 6E248-CJB/BOM PNR No V9F39J.Despite of telling several times that she is 12+, she was asked to stand in UNM counter and pay extra for service.Counter staff(Male) kept on harassing her and kept on asking to come later.

She was told that Airline policy is anyone under 13 is considered Minor and she will have to pay.However After speaking to Counter Supervisor(Female) she was given Boarding Card.She was Quite helpful and said Airline policy is below 12 and not 13.
