The most pathetic service I have experienced till now.
My net frequently goes down, On multiple occasions, i have talked to your customer support, they have always the same response "Will be resolve in 24 hrs".
Net comes for a few hours then again it goes down.

@HathwayBrdband I waited patiently for days, considering WFH for hathway people, but now after more than 15 days its getting difficult to manage. Saw many tweets/posts online about bad service from Hathway team, I suppose this has become a Norm for you(delayed service)

So basically daily the net is down for at least 10hrs, in the past 15 days I have talked to the customer support team, explained to them how frequently this issue is happening, give me your supervisor number or tell me how to get it resolved permanently,

I have no option but to search for another net provider, and the money I paid for this month's cycle obviously won't be refunded by you ppl.

but no proper response from Hathway Team.
I'll never recommend this pathetic useless service provider to anyone.
If I'll not recharge for a day, you ppl will call me 10 times a day to remind me, but while providing service you don't have time to fix a net issue.
