Hi @zomato, We ordered one thali (kadhai paneer, dal, raita, & 4 rotis) and additionally 3 more rotis. All 7 rotis were missing from the order. When I raised issue, I was offered refund of ₹60, which is not acceptable. If I order 7 rotis from the same restaurant, cost is ₹204.
