Thought `gcloud auth login` was broken, kept getting redirecting to pgAdmin
It was a localhost OAuth callback port conflict.

pgAdmin → localhost:8085
gcloud OAuth callback → localhost:8085
✅ --no-browser
✅ Stop pgAdmin
✅ Change ports
