34 साल। बेंगलुरु में प्राइवेट कंपनी में डिप्टी जनरल मैनेजर। एक बेटे के पिता व्योम।

उन्होंने सिस्टम से उम्मीद नहीं की कि कोई उनकी बात सुनेगा।
उन्होंने हर चीज़ खुद रिकॉर्ड की।

उन पर एक साथ 9 केस दर्ज हुए 498A, घरेलू हिंसा, मेंटेनेंस, कस्टडी।

हर सुनवाई के लिए उन्हें बेंगलुरु से जौनपुर तक 1700 किलोमीटर का सफर करना पड़ता था।

4 साल में 40 बार वही सफर।
120 कोर्ट हियरिंग्स।

उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि केस वापस लेने के लिए 3 करोड़ रुपये मांगे गए।
अपने ही बेटे से मिलने के लिए 30 लाख रुपये अलग से।

अपने वीडियो में उन्होंने यह भी आरोप लगाया कि एक फैमिली कोर्ट जज ने अनुकूल आदेश के लिए 5 लाख रुपये मांगे।

9 दिसंबर 2024 को उन्होंने बेंगलुरु के फ्लैट में आत्महत्य�� कर ली।

पीछे छोड़ा — 24 पन्नों का नोट और 81 मिनट का वीडियो।

हर तारीख। हर केस नंबर। हर यात्रा। हर रकम।
सब कुछ रिकॉर्ड किया हुआ।

मरने से पहले उन्होंने अपने परिवार से सिर्फ एक बात कही:

“मेरी अस्थियाँ गंगा में तब तक विसर्जित मत करना, जब तक न्याय न मिले।”

उनकी मां सुप्रीम कोर्ट गईं, अपने पोते से मिलने की अनुमति मांगने।
उन्हें कहा गया — “आप बच्चे के लिए stranger हैं।”

फिर सुनवाई आई।
जज छुट्टी पर थे।
एक साल की तारीख मिल गई।

इसी बीच, ट्विशा शर्मा केस में सिर्फ 11 दिनों के भीतर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने स्वतः संज्ञान लिया।
बार काउंसिल ने घंटों में कार्रवाई कर दी।
AIIMS की मेडिकल टीम चार्टर्ड प्लेन से भेजी गई।

11 दिन में पूरा सिस्टम ��ौड़ पड़ा।

अतुल सुभाष 81 मिनट का रिकॉर्डेड सबूत छोड़ गए थे।
उन्हें मिला एक साल का इंतज़ार।

उनकी अस्थियाँ आज भी गंगा का इंतज़ार कर रही हैं।
उनका बेटा व्योम अब 6 साल का है।

अतुल सुभाष को न्याय मिलना चाहिए।
अगर रिकॉर्डेड सबूत, दस्तावेज़ और एक इंसान की आखिरी पुकार भी सिस्टम को नहीं जगा सकती, तो फिर आम आदमी आखिर जाए कहाँ?

Col Wangchuk, a recipient of the Maha Vir Chakra, was a true hero of the Kargil War. His dedication, bravery, selfless service will be remembered forever.

Indian Army’s Kargil War Veteran and MahaVir Chakra awardee Col. Sonam Wangchuk passes away in Ladakh. He was known as the Lion of Ladakh. Salute the hero of India! 🇮🇳🙏

This is how his Mahavir Chakra Citation read:

“On 30 May 1999, Major Sonam Wangchuk was leading a column of The Indus Wing, Ladakh Scouts as a part of ongoing operations in Op VIJAY in the Batalik Sector. The column was tasked to occupy Ridge Line on the Line of Control in a glaciated area at a height of about 5,500 metres. This was essential so as to pre-empt its occupation by the enemy and any subsequent infiltration.

While moving towards the Line of Control, the enemy ambushed the column by firing from a vantage position. In the process, one NCO[5] of The Ladakh Scouts was killed. Major Sonam Wangchuk held his column together and in a daring counter ambush, led a raid on the enemy position from a flank, killing two enemy soldiers. The officer also recovered one heavy machine gun and one Universal machine gun, ammunition, controlled stores and three dead bodies of the enemy personnel.

Thereafter, the officer took stock of all forces along the Chorbatla axis in the Batalik Sector and cleared the axis up to the Line of Control of all enemy intrusions at great risk to his life.

Major Sonam Wangchuk displayed exceptional bravery and gallantry of the highest order in the presence of enemy fire and in extreme climatic conditions in the glaciated area.”
