We were literally taught, in college, that it wasn’t useful and to just be a general guide. My doctors told me the same. Then I did my own research and guess what 99.9% of it says? Yeah it says that it’s no longer accurate.

I’m losing it and gaining muscle :) but the bmi scale is still not accurate. They teach you this in medical school even.
